A fully qualified Chartered Surveyor with 20 years experience carrying out RICS Level 3 Building Surveys, RICS Level 2 Homebuyer Surveys and Probate / Shared Ownership / Help-to-Buy RICS Valuations around Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex, and Northamptonshire.

I take time to carry out detailed inspections of each property, I only carry out one survey per day to ensure your property gets the attention it deserves, and the reports I provide clients, on the same day as the inspection, are detailed but use straightforward language with explanatory photos throughout. I will discuss the property with you before and after the survey with fast responses to any questions you may have.

I am a fully chartered member of the RICS and my firm as a whole is regulated by the RICS. This ensures all my work meets the rigorous standards of our profession’s governing institutions.
